LiveFilharmonia platform

The Philharmonic in Szczecin has a platform livefilharmonia.szczecin.pl which broadcasts live events and gives access to concerts that have already taken place (VOD archive). We invited the leaders of the streaming industry to cooperation, thanks to which the intuitive access and transmission quality are at a high level. Our platform broadcasts concerts in Full HD quality, we send a signal with the possibility of receiving excellent sound quality. Access to livefilharmonia.szczecin.pl is possible on many devices: laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones and Smart TV (no application, connection via HDMI with another device).

24h access code

Due to the new restrictions introduced, which prevent direct participation in the events, we offer an exchange of tickets for access codes to the platform on which concerts will be broadcast. All persons who bought tickets for concerts scheduled from November 7th to 29th, 2020, organized by the Philharmonic, can exchange them for access codes to the platform.

Codes will be issued for PLN 10 = 1 code. In the event of an incomplete amount, e.g. ticket price PLN 45, the ticket will be exchanged for five access codes. One code activates 24/7 access to the website, including VOD archives and live broadcasts, provided that the transmission takes place within 24 hours of code activation.

The Ticket Office of the Philharmonic in the building will be closed. To exchange tickets for access codes, please contact the Ticket Office by email: kasa@filharmonia.szczecin.pl.

How to use 24h access codes?

To use the access code, please register and log in to the website, and then select the concert you are interested in from the calendar on the main page. In the next step, you should enter your code in the "PROMOTIONAL CODE" field.

The provided codes will be active until December 31st, 2020. After this date, it will not be possible to use them.

The Philharmonic building is closed to the public

From 7th to November 29th, the building of the Philharmonic in Szczecin, like other cultural institutions, will be closed to the public. This does not mean, however, that the Philharmonic ceases to play. We hope to meet you online – both on the livefilharmonia.szczecin.pl streaming platform, as well as on our channels on Facebook and YouTube.

Persons who prefer a refund for tickets are asked to contact the Philharmonic Ticket Office at kasa@filharmonia.szczecin.pl. If you have additional questions, please contact the hotline. The hotline is open from Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00 to 16:00 at the telephone number (+48) 539 949 454.
