MDF Festival 2020 is over. Thank you!

A challenging edition

This year's edition of MUSIC.DESIGN.FORM Festival was different from the previous ones and was a real challenge for everyone (viewers, music lovers, artists, organizers). The challenge, of course, was the organization of the audience and the security procedures. For the first time, MDF events were broadcast live on the special livefilharmonia.szczecin.pl platform. The new formula, in which one can participate in concerts, turned out to be very attractive to all those who, for various reasons, could not appear at the Philharmonic in person.

Soundscapes – landscapes painted with sound

Music, painting, light, architecture, design and modern technologies for five days in one place. During concerts, exhibitions, workshops and accompanying events dealing with the sounds around us, we created musical and visual landscapes. Also the building of the Philharmonic, as every year, has become a kind of canvas for the illuminations referring to the main theme.

Echo Collective, Hania Rani, Dobrawa Czocher, Witek Orski, Piotr Matosek, Patryk Lichota, Agnieszka Wypańska, Łukasz Dziedzic, Izabela Kościesza, Jarosław Kordaczuk, Przemek Głowa, Zuzanna Całka, Szczecin Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Christian Schumann, Pushka Studio, are the artists we hosted at this year's Music.Design.Form Festival 2020! We would like to thank all of them for their incredible commitment and sharing their emotions, talent, skills and passion with us, music lovers and festival participants.

We encourage everyone to see the extensive photo reports prepared by Kamila Kozożoł. Photo reports are an occasion to recall the most memorable moments. Over the next few days, we will remind you of the most beautiful moments of the festival in various ways. Those who would like to experience concert emotions are invited to livefilharmonia.szczecin.pl, where the concert archive includes recordings of four festival events: Heir | b2b dj set, Einaudi | Divenire, Hania Rani | Dobrawa Czocher, Echo Collective plays Jóhann Jóhannson.
